LOAN PROGRAMS

LINKS offers a variety of services such as:

 

New Homes_ Links builds 10-12 new homes a yeas. These homes are financed through Rural Development, local banks and our own revolving loan funds– most will have a 3-5% interest rate.

Repairs– LINKS has repaired over 500 homes. These repairs have included new roofs, porches, ramps, staircases, windows, ect.

Low Interest Loans– LINKS makes approximately 15-20 low interest loans a year ( depending on funds availability) for families that are in need of septic systems , and new roofs.

Budget & Credit Counseling– LINKS offers free counseling on budgeting and credit score issues.

Volunteer Program–  LINKS host over 1,000 volunteers per year. Volunteers may come year round, but reservations are required through the summer months. Contact our office for more   detailed information.

Solar Water Heater Program— *New Program* More information available soon.

 

 

 

You may be able to afford a new home if you...

1.      Own  and have a clear deed to property that is out of
the  flood plain and located in Floyd, Johnson,  Martin,  Magoffin, or Pike County .

2.  Have City Sewer or have room for a Conventional Septic System.

3.  Have a Credit Score of 600 or better.

4.        Are able to afford a monthly payment.

5.       Meet LINKS income guidelines.
